God's Basic promises

God's Basic Promises

The Bible clearly documents the thousands of promises God has made throughout the history of this physical world. God's promises can be summarized by the following three statements:

- God will bless and protect those who genuinely love Him, those who genuinely obey and follow His precepts and who genuinely follow His commandments.

- God will punish those who refuse to genuinely love Him, those who refuse to genuinely obey and follow His precepts and commandments.

- To those who genuinely love His Son, Jesus, who genuinely acknowledge that Jesus is their Lord and Master, God promises them eternal salvation, eternal life in the kingdom of God; with God, the Father, with God, the Son, and with God, the Holy Spirit.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Mark 12:42-44 teaches; But a poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins, worth only a few cents. Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, “Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything—all she had to live on.”
