god's Most Important Promise; Easter Holy Week
The basis of Christianity is the birth, life, death and then resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth, also known as Jesus, The Christ.
The week before Easter is referred to as “Holy Week”. “Holy Week” scriptures begin with Palm Sunday, when Jesus enters the city of Jerusalem. The scriptures then lead us through the “Last Supper”, then “Good Friday”, culminating in Jesus’ resurrection on Easter Sunday.

Easter Holy Week
During this one week, many biblical prophesies were fulfilled, some more than 700 years old, that pre-told of Jesus coming to earth to save humanity by dying on the cross on Good Friday but then resurrecting on Easter Sunday.
All of mankind has been cursed with having a sinful nature since Adam and Eve disobeyed God in the garden of Eden, committing the original sin. Due to this inherited sinful nature, it has been impossible for mankind to be “good enough” to enter into God’s presence, until Jesus allowed Himself to become the propitiation for mankind’s sins, to be sacrificed for mankind’s sins.
The Old Testament Law allowed for many sacrifices to God, but Jesus was the perfect atoning sacrifice once and for all. He endured the cross out of His great love for us.
